Sex doll product manufacturers

Choosing the right material is critical for durability and user experience. TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is more cost-effective, softer to the touch, and highly porous, meaning it requires diligent cleaning and the use of renewal powder to prevent tackiness. Silicone is a premium option that is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and heat-resistant, making it easier to sanitize and more durable over time, though it is generally firmer and more expensive.

The longevity of the product depends on the internal metal exoskeleton. Ensure the supplier uses stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy joints with a 360-degree range of motion in the shoulders and hips. Buyers should request a load-bearing test report to ensure the skeleton can withstand various poses without piercing the exterior material or snapping at the joints.

Safety is paramount due to prolonged skin contact. You must verify that the materials are BPA-free and Phthalate-free. Request RoHS and REACH certification for the skin materials and CE/UL certification for any integrated electronic components, such as internal heating systems, AI voice modules, or vibration functions, to ensure they meet the safety requirements of your target market (e.g., EU or North America).

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com usually offer extensive OEM/ODM services. This includes adjustable skin tones, eye colors, wig styles, and makeup applications. For high-end markets, you can request implanted hair (eyebrows/pubic hair) instead of painted features and removable vaginas for easier cleaning and hygiene maintenance.

This is the highest risk in this category. Some regions have strict decency laws that may lead to the seizure of goods if they are deemed 'hyper-realistic' or resemble minors. Always ensure the product design complies with the legal age-representation standards of the destination country. Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) and product description on the commercial invoice are accurate but professional (e.g., 'Plastic Mannequin' or 'Silicone Craft').

Sex dolls are heavy and fragile. Insist on reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes with custom-fitted high-density foam inserts to prevent the skeleton from shifting during transit. For sea freight, ensure the use of desiccant packs inside the plastic wrap to prevent mold growth caused by humidity in the shipping container.

To mitigate financial risk, prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone third-party verification by agencies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Utilize Secured Payment services to ensure funds are only released after you have confirmed the shipment. Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) or a video of the specific units being packed to ensure the quality matches the approved sample.

Focus on after-sales support and replacement parts. Negotiate for a 1-2% spare parts allowance (such as extra skin repair kits, cleaning tools, or replacement joints) to be included in the bulk price. Discuss tiered pricing based on annual volume rather than just a single order to secure better margins as your business scales.
