Black doll machine manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize the laser type and wavelength. A professional machine must include a 1320nm wavelength specifically for carbon peeling (Black Doll treatment), alongside 1064nm and 532nm for tattoo removal. Ensure the pulse energy reaches at least 1000mJ and the frequency (Hz) is adjustable between 1-10Hz to balance treatment speed and safety. Additionally, check for a high-quality Xenon lamp with a lifespan of at least 1,000,000 shots to ensure long-term ROI.

Since this is a laser-based device, it must meet strict safety standards. For the European market, CE Medical (MDD/MDR) certification is essential. For the US market, FDA 510(k) clearance is required. Additionally, the manufacturer should hold ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management Systems) to guarantee consistent production quality and safety protocols.

To prevent overheating during continuous use in a clinic, the machine must feature a triple cooling system: Water cooling, Air cooling, and Semiconductor (Peltier) cooling. A stainless steel water tank and a high-lift water pump are preferred to ensure efficient circulation, which protects the laser rod and extends the machine's operational life.

Request the supplier to provide clinical trial reports or before-and-after case studies. The machine should be compatible with medical-grade carbon paste. Ensure the laser handle has a dedicated 1320nm treatment head that provides a uniform beam profile to avoid 'hot spots' that could cause skin burns.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI). Ask the supplier to record a video of the machine's power-on test, energy output test, and water circulation check with your order number visible. For secure transactions, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to ensure payment is only released after the goods are verified.

Focus on the warranty period and spare parts availability. Negotiate for a 2-year warranty and ask for a free set of consumables (e.g., extra laser lamps or carbon gel). Inquire about OEM/ODM services if you wish to add your own branding to the machine's software interface or outer casing.

Laser machines are sensitive; ensure the supplier uses professional flight cases or reinforced wooden crates for packaging. Because these devices contain water cooling systems, they must be completely drained before shipping to prevent leaks or freezing. Confirm the HS Code (typically 854370) with your customs broker to determine the exact import duties in your country.

Select suppliers that provide comprehensive digital support, including HD operation videos, user manuals in your local language, and online video training. Verify if the supplier offers remote technical diagnostics via WhatsApp or Zoom to troubleshoot any software issues without needing to ship the unit back.
