Sodium nitrophenolate manufacturers

Sodium Nitrophenolate is a powerful plant cell revitalizer that rapidly penetrates plant bodies to promote the flow of cell protoplasm and increase cell viability. It is primarily used to accelerate rooting, break seed dormancy, promote growth, and improve crop resistance to diseases, pests, and harsh weather. Common usage scenarios include foliar spraying, seed soaking, and as a synergistic additive in fertilizers and fungicides to enhance their efficacy.

Buyers should focus on the purity level, typically requiring a 98% TC (Technical Concentrate) for high-grade applications. Key indicators include the ratio of its three main components: Sodium o-nitrophenolate, Sodium p-nitrophenolate, and Sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate. Ensure the product has low moisture content (<1.0%) and excellent solubility in water without leaving residues, which is critical for preventing nozzle clogging in irrigation systems.

As a chemical regulator, it must comply with FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) standards. Suppliers should provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Depending on the destination country, you may need to verify compliance with REACH (EU) or EPA registration (USA). Ensure the product is labeled according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) for classification and labeling of chemicals.

It is highly cost-efficient due to its ultra-low dosage requirements; typically, only a few grams are needed per hectare. By significantly increasing crop yields (10-30%) and improving the quality of fruits and vegetables, it offers a high Return on Investment (ROI). Furthermore, its ability to reduce fertilizer wastage by improving nutrient uptake makes it an economically sound choice for sustainable agriculture.

The primary risks include purity degradation during transit and customs seizure due to improper chemical classification. To mitigate this, always use reputable suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have verified SGS or Intertek inspections. Ensure the chemical is classified correctly under HS Code 290899 to avoid legal complications or unexpected tariffs.

Negotiate based on active ingredient concentration rather than just gross weight. Request tiered pricing for bulk orders (e.g., 1 ton vs. 5 tons) and ask for free samples (50-100g) to conduct lab purity tests before committing. Discuss packaging customization, such as aluminum foil bags or fiber drums, to ensure the product remains moisture-proof during sea freight.

Sodium Nitrophenolate is generally stable but should be shipped as non-hazardous cargo if it meets specific safety criteria, or under Class 9 hazardous goods if concentrated. Use sea freight for bulk orders to minimize costs, and ensure the containers are kept in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Always confirm the Lead Time, which usually ranges from 7 to 15 days for production plus shipping time.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until the goods are shipped. For large transactions, use Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a deposit and balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Always verify the supplier's Business License and export qualifications to prevent fraud.
